- Work on time-management: A person with ADHD lacks time-management and planning skills. To reduce the effect of ADHD, you should learn to manage time more efficiently. You can create deadlines, to-do lists, develop agendas, etc. All this will give you the zeal to finish your decided works on time.
- Yoga and meditation: If a person is suffering from Hyperactive-impulsive ADHD, it becomes very crucial for them to take some time to relax. The relaxation should be both mentally and physically.
