If you have a story or content that we haven’t yet covered on The Mental Happiness, we would love to hear from you.
We’re seeking catchy articles, at least 700 words. However, we understand there are some stories that should not be stretched.
Focus on helping the reader. All we ask for is fresh and unique content.
We especially like personal stories with triumph over mental illness. What can we say, we love happy endings! It’s OK if you don’t want to use your name, we can post it as anonymous.
We welcome all writers whether you want to write for us regularly or do a one-time post.
We suggest you to give an attention-grabbing headline.
Write in a blog-friendly style.
Blog readers like to skim, they don’t like to see a wall of long paragraphs.
Make the content interesting by doing the following:
- Use headings and sub-headings to separate different parts of the post.
- Begin the post with an introduction and finish the post with a takeaway.
- Use Small Paragraphs, preferably no more than 3-4 sentences long.
- Use single sentence paragraphs to give the reader a visual break whenever possible.
- Use bulleted and numbered lists.
You can add a picture but provide us with the source of that picture. Don’t copy pictures directly from google.

Use “The Mental Happiness Guest Post” as the subject of your email.
We will not respond to guest posts sent to us that don’t have “The Mental Health Guest Post” in the subject line.
We’ll edit every submission to ensure quality for our readers. Also, we may add affiliate links within the post.
It may take up to a week (and sometimes even more) for us to respond to your email due to the quantity of the emails we receive daily. If you haven’t heard from me in 1 week, please feel free to send a reminder email.
